The food is so so. We ordered satay, some Sultan’s favorite desserts and salad. The banana dessert tasted strange, slightly grilled with a bit of coconut sauce. There is no AC, just fan. The waitresses/waiters could have been friendlier, maybe they’re just too tired and sweating, wearing the Javanese outfit. Standard food and drinks. Standard price. Spacious parking is available. Central Javanese atmosphere like the Sultan palace (Kraton). First time trying Javanese “kratonese” fine dining, and the experience was truly special. The ambiance is regal yet warm—perfect for sharing a meal with friends or a loved one. Here’s a breakdown of the dishes I tried: - Secang (8/10): Warm, soothing, and refreshing drink—perfect as a starter for a cool evening. - Terancam Kemul (6/10): I dont know what is this. A bit too dry, sticky, and bland for my taste. Not my favorite. - Stoop Macaroni (8/10): Light, comforting broth—though a bit too watery. - Main Course (8/10): The yellow rice was flavorful, and the grilled shrimp (udang bago) was juicy and well-seasoned. The empal suwir was a bit tough, and the rolled omelette was forgettable. Pickled vegetables were spicy but felt mismatched with the yellow rice—maybe better suited with Sambal instead this pickled. Rambah was crispy, as expected. - Guava Juice (5/10): Standard, but way too sweet for me. - Rujak Buah (8/10): First time trying it—delicious and balanced. Pro tip: mix it with the ice cream for a better flavor experience! - Tea/Coffee (9/10): Can’t go wrong—choose based on your mood. The overall experience? A solid 10/10. Each dish came out with an air of royalty, and it felt exciting to explore classic flavors with a fine-dining twist. Would absolutely recommend trying it at least once! The local was clean, spacious and lavish. The food was meticulously prepared and served, evoking a feeling of cleanliness. The dishes tasted delicious. The thematic was well-chosen, all the dishes were supposed to be King’s favourite dishes. And you will feel like him, indeed.

Nice experience. The food ordered tasted good. Attentive staff. Not expensive despite being in a pretty exclusive place. Can be a little hot during sunny day's, though.
