Dear Isvara Kitchen, I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience I had at your restaurant. Today was supposed to be a special day. it’s my birthday, and I chose to celebrate it at your place, expecting a pleasant meal. Unfortunately, it turned into a huge letdown. I ordered a medium-well steak, but what was served was clearly medium-rare. At first, I tried to stay calm and enjoy my meal, even though I noticed the steak wasn’t cooked as requested. But when I got to the middle, it was practically raw, far from what I ordered. I brought this issue to the cashier’s attention, hoping for a solution. Instead, I received an incredibly dismissive response: "Next time, just let us know so we can cook it more." By then, the steak was already half-eaten and cut into pieces—how could I possibly send it back for further cooking at that point? This kind of service is simply unacceptable. What was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration turned into a disappointing experience, all because of a steak that wasn’t cooked properly and poor handling of my complaint. My mood was completely ruined, and I left the restaurant feeling upset. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your quality control and customer service. No one deserves to have their special day ruined like this. Thank you.

One of my go to eatery to hang out. The interior and layout were great. Everything feels so comfortable and clean. The food portion is pretty good for some menus while others are questionable at best. The drinks however have too little portions despite the prices. The cleanliness, from indoor, to toilets to mushola are great Update: Come here again, and it is safe to say that the outdoor area only comfortable during evening. They only have one fan for the whole rooftop area.

The place is spacious both downstairs and upstairs. It makes a convenient place for hangout or even work as I see many sockets are available. The prices are surprisingly quite affordable for this level of restaurant. The location is not too far from Malioboro, about 5-10 minutes drive. The choices in the menu range from appetizer to dessert and each has many choices. Note: though the restaurant is open at 10am, but we can only start to order food at 11am.

This restaurant is very modern & elegantly designed. It's very cold & cozy for lunch. It's also has a very relaxing vibe for works & casual meetings with friends. It has indoors & outdoors, and it has 2 floors. We ate lunch indoors, since it was hot outside. As for the drinks, the taste is average, and can be quite pricy. As for the foods, it can be what you would expect at a restaurant (such as the pasta meal costs around 40k - 50k) and the taste might be familiar as with other restaurants. It's not the best but it's not the priciest.

I was here for dinner by reservation, the ambiance was nice. Crowded yet still spacious cause i was enjoying chit chat with my friends there. The service was ok as well, they good at managing customer and fast response. And for the food overall i give it 7/10. Not because i don’t like it or bad taste but I ordered chicken cordon bleu but i think the chef’s double seasoning the dish GOD ASIN BANGETT :( i wanted to complain but my time is short beside the resto closed at 10 pm It was wonderful dinner and here are some photos i took that night hehe enjoy!
