Please note that Vatican Museums Tickets from 2024 are nominative and each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the full name provided at the time of booking, it will not be possible to change the name on it. In case of mismatch with the identity document, or not presenting a valid ID document at the Check Control, the access will be denied from each Official Management Check Control Staff and no refund will be issued. • VATICAN GUIDED TOUR STARTING POINT: Your Private Tour Guide will be with a sign "VATICAN MUSEUMS TOUR and YOUR NAME" on it at the address “Viale Vaticano 100” the UPSTAIRS CORNER with Bar "Caffè Vaticano". Final Point: St. Peter's Basilica. When St. Peter's Basilica is closed or not accessible Final Point will be the Sistine Chapel. • Guests must be at the meeting point a few minutes in advance. Entrance is strictly limited. If you will arrive late cannot be accommodated, so no refunds or discounts will be issued. • Private Tour with Dedicated Expert Tour Guide for an intimate experience. • St. Peter's Basilica might be unavailable on Wednesday morning due to the weekly Papal Audience or, in rare occasions, it could be closed or not accessible without notice. In these cases you'll spend a full 3 hours touring to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. It is over our control, so no refunds or discounts will be issued. • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. • Avoid bringing large purses, big bags or big backpacks with you. • Tipping is not included in our service fees, never mandatory although always appreciated.
