About This Tour
This experience will make you feeling like taking a time machine and return back of so much time, when the nonna was just waiting for all family to come and she was starting in the morning preparing the ragu and then sitting in the kitchen to make some pasta as well. We will prepare the ragu following the original receipe of the real bolognese families and will then make three different shapes of pasta using roller pin and other tools.
