Please notify your order number or invoice number upon payment. Present your receipt and voucher upon check-in. Please arrive at the starting point 5-10 mins before departure time. In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily. Know Before You Go 1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide.
