There are 3 main areas of Soroca, which worth visiting: - Medieval Fortress ( now on reconstruction) - Candle of Gratitude - Gypsy Hill. Let me explain those: SOROCA FORTRESS - now on reconstruction. CANDLE OF GRATITUDE Monument - is a 30 meters tall obelisk on the top of the hill, with 650 steps! The monument symbolizes gratitude to people who preserved Moldovan culture through centuries. GYPSY HILL - it is a crazy-looking architectural area of Roma people. Most of the houses look like small castles. You should see that!
