The North Coast of Rapa Nui (Easter Island) was the territory of the aristocratic Miru tribe and its many branches. There are no roads here, only narrow trails to explore more than ten miles of Rapa Nui lands only hearing the sounds of nature. It always is an unforgettable experience. We will hike through ancient moai roads, remains of villages, incredible ceremonial centers, petroglyphs and the rocky landscapes of the nortwest and north coasts. Along the way we make stops at Ahu Atiu, Moai Omorito, Ahu Ma'itaki te Moa, Ahu Motu Tavake, Ahu Vai Mataa, Omohi petroglyph site, Ana o Heu, Ahu O Toki, Ahu A Tanga a Rea, the ahu complex at Hanga Tavari, Hanga Oteo, Papa Tekena and optional swimming in Anakena sandy beach.
