WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION, THERE IS NO MEETING POINT IN PUERTO MORELOS. You should arrive at the park on your own if you choose this option. This option does not include transportation and is only available to those who choose the tour option to arrive on their own.
We go for you to your hotel in Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability at your hotel, the meeting point is outside Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen, you will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour.
We will come for you to your hotel in Cancun and Costa Mujeres, if we do not have availability in your hotel, the meeting point is outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel, the pickup time will receive you one day before the tour.
Special Instructions
- For security reasons it is not allowed to use the cell phone or any other electronic device during activities. - If you do not receive the mail with the collection details you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to help you, or contact your travel agent, due to our logistics we will not be able to help you resolve last minute collection situations on the same day of your tour. - If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - Pick-up time is set according to your location and tour availability Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun Centro Hotel. - Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel, you can reach the park on your own or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you will need to contact us to give you details. - We do not offer pickup service at any airbnb or private addresses. We are not responsible for forgotten or lost objects.
