About This Tour
Thai Yoga Massage is a unique, therapeutic bodywork modality that targets the musculoskeletal and energetic meridian systems. With a foundation of guided mindfulness and breathwork you are eased into effortless, restorative positions while the practitioner provides assisted stretching while intuitively applying pressure to energetic points and areas of muscular tension. Massage is practiced on a large mat in a private indoor room with a beach view. Client wears comfortable clothing. No Yoga experience is necessary. Oualie Beach Resort is a small, eco-friendly hotel located on a quiet swimming beach overlooking the scenic channel between St. Kitts and Nevis. There is a charming open-air restaurant and beach bar on the property where you can enjoy a variety of Caribbean and international dishes as well as tropical fruit juices and cocktails. Oualie Beach is easily reached by water taxi from St. Kitts. Assistance with booking transportation can be provided upon request.
