About This Tour
Experience the awe-inspiring Snow Wall on a day trip to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. From Nagoya, you’ll travel to Murodo, where towering snow walls, sometimes reaching up to 20 meters high, are carved by snowplows each spring. Meet in front of the McDonald's inside Esca Shopping Mall at the West Exit (Taikodori-guchi) of JR Nagoya Station. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. The tour conductor will be holding a flag and a placard with the local tour operator's logo.

If the road is closed after the tour departs, we may guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot or return to the meeting point. Please be aware of this in advance. ・If the organizers deem it dangerous due to poor visibility, bad weather such as snowfall, snow removal work, etc., the Snow Wall Walk may be shortened or canceled. The local temperature remains below 10 degrees even in April and May, so winter clothing is required. If the weather turns bad, snow may accumulate, so please participate with appropriate clothing and shoes that can withstand snow. The height of the Snow Wall may vary depending on the weather and climate. ・Return time may be delayed depending on road conditions, etc. ・The itinerary may be subject to change.
