A specialized host will share the history of the Estancia, its vineyards brought especially from Mendoza and the vision that makes this place something unrepeatable. You’ll walk through the fire pit, patio and vineyards before enjoying an exclusive tasting of three strains, selected by Alejandro Vigil. The experience continues with a 3-step lunch, made with nearby products: vegetables from local vegetable gardens, eggs, artisan dairy, poultry and our renowned beef. A cuisine marked by temporality and respect for the product, paired with wines of the highest international score.
