If you are delayed for whatever reason (ie… lost luggage) you must let us know or let the driver know so that he knows that you are there. • If you do not contact us to inform us and the driver is waiting for an hour, you will be regarded as a ‘no show’ and will be charged 100%. Should you contact us after the 1 hour waiting period to say you are still waiting for the transfer – you will be charged again and this may cause an even further delay in them reaching the hotel especially if you have been traveling for hours.
