About This Tour
Tsavo East is big – Kenya’s largest park and home to lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, giraffe and dozens of other animals. Interested in colorful birds? The park offers over 500 species like the lovebird and sacred ibis. We’ll visit several watering holes known for their abundance of wildlife and watch as the animals gather to quench their thirst. Though Taita Hills is small, it is a busy place, filled with over 50 species of large wildlife. The sanctuary is greener and more dramatic than Tsavo East, with frequent sighting of lion and elephant. We’ll spend the night here at your choice of the Sarova Taita Hills Lodge or Salt Lick Safari Lodge. Any questions or special requests? Tell us.
