I'm Paul from Manchester & my double act, Ian from Liverpool. Often we are together on this experience. One day we got tired of the hustle n bussle of Madrid city restaurants and markets so we got into the car, went East into La Mancha, bought a country house, found delicious food which we eat listening to the birds by a fantastic 10th century castle with incredible views. Come with us to the 'Real unspoiled rural Spain'. We are like the food and drink guys on TV who go around villages looking for original quality farm produce like Manchego cheese, baked products, honey olive oil.
