About This Tour
Not only you will learn how to prepare authentic Italian gnocchi but you will have an entertaining experience in a top location in Padova city center with a nice Italian chef. Your first task will be to prepare the tomato and basil sauce as Italian tradition requires. Secondly, you will peel the boiled potatoes and smash them, you will add flour, eggs, and some spices to complete our mix. The chef will teach you how to properly knead the gnocchi dough and how to shape perfect gnocchi with different tools. Finally, you will cook your homemade gnocchi, mix with the tomato sauce, and add some Parmesan cheese to complete the dish. You will sit down at the table and you will finally enjoy gnocchi with some local drinks.
