About This Tour
Enjoy a caviar guided-tour of a sturgeon fish-farm and have a caviar tasting at the Estate, in Neuvic, Dordogne. At the end of the tour we prupose an unusual experience, you can tring to catch a sturgeon into the visitor pool (only 4 volunteers). The guide teach you. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 min and is followed by the tasting. During the tasting, you will be able to try caviar, caviar butter, and sturgeon rillettes made at the Estate you just visited. Those dishes are served with a glass of sparkling wine.

From Bordeaux, On the A89 highway, exit at Neuvic tolling, then drive on the RN89 road to Périgueux. Go left at the second roundabout to the mill of nut-oil and keep going straight ahead for 3km. The Estate is on the left after the little bridge.
