About This Tour
By purchasing the day pass and selecting the date you wish to use it, you can join a wide range of classes throughout that day including Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, plus use the gym. We host a sparring class with ice bath on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Our classes are open to all levels, beginners are very welcome We teach all classes in English. Our coaches and teachers are professionally qualified and fully licensed. All of our classes are taught in a professional, modern training centre, with air conditioning and air purifiers. Shower, lockers and changing facilties are available. The centre is located in the vibrant area of Tay Ho, near the famous West Lake, with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, spas and hotels within walking distance. Our centre is located aproximately 10 minutes away from the Old Quarter by motorbike taxi.
