We are based in Sheffield, Tasmania the closest town to Cradle Mountain and our guides and drivers live in the area and know it all very well. We are very friendly and welcoming and very happy to share all we know about Tasmania and Cradle Mountain with our guests. The eGuide Cradle Mountain transfer is an excellent and cost effective option and saves the need to hire a car in Tasmania which can be very expensive. There is no need for a car if staying in one of the hotels at Cradle Mountain as no cars are allowed to enter. There is a free Cradle Mountain shuttle included in the National Park Pass that has several stops and terminates at Dove Lake. We offer a transfer to Cradle Mountain from Launceston and available as another product.
