About This Tour
Explore one of the most stunning treks in the world, located in the heart of Bahia. The Vale do Pati sits at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level and offers a fascinating diversity of landscapes, transitioning between remnants of Atlantic Forest, Campos Rupestres (high-altitude savanna), and Campos Gerais. This region, which housed farmers about two centuries ago, now features 14 preserved houses that serve as accommodations for visitors and nature enthusiasts. Our itinerary covers the region's most iconic spots, such as Morro do Castelo, Cachoeirão, and Mirante da Rampa, completing a loop within the valley as we use the same access route to enter and exit the Pati. This itinerary requires good physical fitness and the ability to hike for several days under adverse weather conditions (sun, rain, slippery, and rugged terrain, etc.).
