During this full-day experience, discover the secrets of the most famous Italian products in the world. You will have a guided visit to a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. Tasting at the end. We explore a prosciutto factory to explore the production process, followed by tasting at the end. You will visit “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, with tasting at the end. Next stop - a local winery, where you'll take a guided tour to uncover the nuances of Lambrusco, a red sparkling wine hailing from northern Italy.
