Great for couples, family reunions, a fun family night, vacations, birthday parties or events. We take care of the entire delivery, set-up, and clean up for you. Package Includes: Accommodations for 2 People 1 x Queen Bed w/ Linens and bed coverings 2 x bedside Tables 1 x lantern 2 x chairs Floor coverings Décor Tent Lighting Delivery, Set-up, & Take-down *Tents can hold up to 5 individuals *Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am the following morning (early check-in/late check-outs may be accommodated for an additional fee, if available). **If not staying on private property, campsite fees vary and will be charged separately from our camp rates. Guests can either book their own locations and provide proof of reservation prior to glamping reservation, or work with InstaGear Staff to find a location.

Member of the InstaGear Outdoor Rentals team shall reach out to you regarding location and desired check-in and check-out times. Standard Check-In is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10 am. These times are dependent on the location the Glamping tent is set up. Glamping location is chosen by the customer prior to stay.
