Korčula Island is famous for its white wines. This tour is intended for wine lovers looking for an authentic and local experience. Two grapes indigenous to Korčula are Grk and Pošip (Poship). The village of Lumbarda is known for Grk wines, while villages in the island's interior are known for Pošip ones. Both grapes have a lot to offer and the wines are mostly compared to Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. This tour gives you a chance to compare both grapes and make your own opinion. Short scenic drives between Korčula, Lumbarda and Žrnovo will give you a chance to see more of the island, complementing your stay in Korčula Town.
