SKT physical SIM cards and Wi-Fi devices will be UNAVAILABLE for AIRPORT PICK-UP until May 31, 2025, due to long wait times. 1. Please present your Viator voucher, a valid CREDIT CARD with your passport to pick up the SIM card. 2. Only credit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard) are accepted. DEBIT CARDS, Hana Card, American Express, or overseas-issued Samsung credit cards are not accepted. 3. During pick-up, a credit card hold will be imposed, and all information will be destroyed after you have returned the device. 4. You CAN return the device at different pick-up points during the operating hours of each counter. 5. Lost or Damaged Device : Please refer to the policy related to the stated content of the product 6. If the device is not returned by the specified return date, the data service will be stopped the next day, between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm (Korean time). 7. If the device is not returned within 5 days after the service termination date, a lost device fee is automatically applied to the registered credit card. This will be refunded if the gadget is returned within 30 days. 8. If you have forgotten to return the device, you will be required to send back the device through delivery. Also, please note that there will be an additional fee (3300KRW / day) incurred during the period from your original returning date to the date that we have received the parcel. For details, please contact us directly. 9. Please leave us a message if you have planned to pick up at other pick-up points instead of Incheon Airport. 10. The rental fee for the portable power bank is included in this package. Due to the limited quantity of power banks available, if you need to rent a power bank for free, please notify the staff at pickup; otherwise, the counter will not provide it.
