Check-in is 15 minutes prior to tour departure time. We are located inside the Carleton Lodge, across from the Whistler Gondola and next to the Longhorn Saloon.

In summer, shorts and T-shirts are often suitable. In winter, we recommend guests wear the same gear they'd wear for a day of skiing — but without the ski boots. Layers work best. • Closed-toe, secure shoes are required. No sandals or slip-ons, e.g. Crocs, Birkenstocks, etc. • Not recommended for participants with back or heart problems without consulting your physician prior. -Participants 6-14 must be accompanied by someone 15+ on any of the tours
