Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. • Please inform us in advance of the tour of any special dietary requirements. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • We are not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. If Private Tour option is selected: • Please ensure to add the pickup location details in the "Special Requirements" field on the check-out page or to email them to us. • It is the customers’ responsibility to arrive at the agreed Meeting Point 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time and present their tour voucher to the driver. The driver will allow a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes from the scheduled tour time. Missed tours or tickets due to missed pick-up cannot be refunded.
