About This Tour
Marlen Carrer is a Social Club. We believe in the connection among people and the exchange of feelings through food, drinks and music. We want Marlen to become a hub for people to connect and exchange dreams, ideas and looks... Become a space where Marlen as a bar and us as people will contribute into making this world a better place. I will never forget the day that a dear friend of mine taught me how to make a Dry Martini. I was amazed with the emphasis on the detail and the passion that someone needs to put in making it. It made me get a whole new understanding on spirits and drinking in general. This is what I hope to transmit, while doing something I always loved. To cook and drink. This is what made my friendships stronger or created new ones. I believe in the human connection. Especially when this comes from simple things like food, a drink, a swim. There is no better way to get to know someone than teaching how and then having a drink.
