During the tasting menu, the mission of our cuisine is to convey the richness of the island of Krk on every plate we serve. Menu is adapted continually, depending on the freshness and seasonality of the produce. The ‘Bridge’ menu serves as a medium for the guests to develop a connection to our home island and to relish in the abundance of its sea, woods and Mediterranean plants. In crafting this menu, local ingredients have been connected with cooking techniques as well as influences that crossed over from neighboring cuisines. The guests have a beautiful view of our olive grove and the sea while dining. -
