Please note that we do not provide pickup services. Guests should arrive at the meeting point located at our ticket desk in the MEISSEN Porcelain Manufactory. Our personal guide will meet the guests at the desk to begin the tour.

Please present your Viator booking at the ticket desk, where our staff will exchange it for a tour ticket. • Current Opening Hours until 21 December 2025: daily, Mon - Sun, 9 AM - 6 PM • 22 - 30 December 2025: daily, Mon - Sun, 9 AM - 5 PM • December 31 and January 1 from 10 AM - 4 PM • The attraction is closed on December 24, 25, and 26 • Opening Hours 2026: January – March, daily from 10 AM to 5 PM; from April onwards, daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. • On January 14, 2026, the MEISSEN Theme World will close at 3:00 pm
