About This Tour
Experience Mexican food like never before with a market tour and cooking class! Learn about the ancient and colonial roots of the dishes you love, prepare them from scratch and feast like an emperor! This is one of the most complete culinary experiences we've seen in Mexico City. Many places offer either market tours, classes or tastings, and they teach you how to make a single dish or a couple of related dishes. With us, you get the best of all worlds, as first, your guide will give you a comprehensive overview of the history of Mexican cuisine, then, you'll prepare an entire menu that consists of multiple courses and sides, and finally, you'll learn about and taste lots of local drinks. Not only does this represent great value for money, it also makes for an experience that's the highlight of many of our guests' time in Mexico! We can happily plan for most dietary requirements, but unfortunately strict kosher is not possible at this time.
