IMPORTANT: If you have booked this tour without providing a pick up location and or haven't received a pick up time it is YOUR responsibility to contact us via email (info@tassietours.com) so we can confirm your pick up time and location. Please remember pickups start 45-30mins before the tour start time and each day has a different start time. Viator and Trip advisor do not supply us with your email address. We find correspondence via email is more reliable than international phone numbers. Should anything change with your tour status (e.g. catastrophic events), we will contact you via the Viator/TripAdvisor portal, phone or email (if we have it). So please lookout for any last minute correspondence. Please be at your pick up point early to avoid delays. Depending on the days traffic conditions and amount of pickups, the bus can have minor delays. Providing you are standing in the correct location and there on time rest assured the bus will arrive. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. We recommend you check the weather forecast and wear the appropriate clothing to suit.
