About This Tour
our tour is the expression of the love we feel for our land. The cultivation of olive trees and the production of oil has always been part of our lives and we love the idea of being able to share it with you. Here you can learn everything you need to know about oil production from an expert farmer: you will learn how to recognize quality oil and also how to purchase food more responsibly. But we certainly won't just give you theoretical notions! We will take you to see our trees which are more than 1200 years old up close: you can touch them and, for the bravest ones, even climb! Then we will take you to visit a small, very ancient church that is part of the history of our community and lastly you will have the opportunity to dine with typical local dishes prepared using the oil that we produce, so you can taste it!
