For PICK-UPS, guests must advise the HOTEL NAME (within Hotel Zone/List) at least 72 hrs in advanced. Pick-ups in major hotels located in metropolitan area (Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Old San Juan). Guests staying at resorts outside of metro area must meet the tour at a hotel in metro area or designated meeting point, such as the Hacienda. Office hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Closed on Sundays.
