Contact RST/ Rico Sun Tours at reservations@RSTpuertorico.com, at least 7 days prior to your trip, to reserve & redeem your voucher, confirm the tour date & obtain a record locator. For PICK-UPS, guests must advise the HOTEL NAME (within Hotel Zone/List) at least 72 hrs in advanced. Pick-ups in major hotels located in metropolitan area (Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Old San Juan). Guests staying at resorts outside of metro area must meet the tour at a hotel in metro area or designated meeting point, such as the Hacienda. Office hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Closed on Sundays. For further assistance, contact RST / Rico Sun Tours Reservations Dept. at (787) 722-2080 Note: all participants are required to bring a valid driver's license and a credit card for incidentals to the ATV. You may present an electronic voucher.
