Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour for check-in. Meet outside the The Old Courthouse Gallery & Cultural Association, Cnr East and Roderick Streets, Ipswich - Look for our Ghost Tours Australia staff member.

Please ensure that this booking confirmation is circulated to all those that you have booked for. • Guests must be wearing flat-soled enclosed shoes. Thongs, sandals and high heels are not be permitted on tour. • We believe the weather really adds to the atmosphere of a tour. If there is rain, please bring an umbrella and or raincoat, and enjoy the tour. Tours will only be cancelled if conditions become dangerous - we will notify you in this circumstances. • Please bring a water bottle with you to keep hydrated during tour. • Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour is due to start. • Tours are not suitable for children under 10 years • There are no toilet facilities available at site. Please use facilities elsewhere before joining us at this site. • The consumption of alcohol and use of illegal substances are not permitted BEFORE or DURING a tour, any guest believed to be intoxicated, or otherwise under the influence will be asked to leave. • Smoking/Vaping is not permitted during our tours. • Once tours have commenced, guests will be unable to leave the tour group. • Historic Australia reserves the right to change a tour itinerary without notice. • Mobile & tablet devices are only to be used on tour whilst taking photographs or in an emergency. • Video cameras & recording devices of any sort are NOT permitted. • All tours, stories, tales etc are the intellectual property of Jack Sim & Historic Australia and may not be recorded or reproduced in any form without written permission prior to the commencement of a tour. • Horror costumes/makeup/masks are not permitted to be worn. • Paranormal investigation/ghost hunting is strictly NOT permitted. • Guests engaging in inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave & not be entitled to a refund. • Historic Australia accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property. • Undertaking a Historic Australia Tour is at your own risk.
