The Niru Yoga Homestay 4 Day (3 Night) Retreat is a complete immersive experience in the Nagargot mountain. You will be welcomed into our family, experience local village culture, and meditate in nature. Practice yoga with an inclusive and accepting teacher who adjusts to all skill levels. Get to know yourself, the family, and other guests to form connections you would not experience anywhere else. Learn to cook in Nepali style with produce straight from our garden. Get a taste of the Himalayas with our invigorating daily treks to nearby waterfalls, bridges, and temples.
