About This Tour
In this experience you will be welcomed by me and my family in our country house in Ostuni, Puglia, and under our Guide you will learn to cook as well as handmade pasta, appetizers and typical desserts, even the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition! Relax by discovering the slowness of creating handmade pasta and the quality of simplicity. This experience is perfect for both adults and children. If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruits from our garden. Obviously after cooking we will taste together the results of our work. At the end of the experience you will receive the recipes of the dishes so you can propose them at your home when you want! We are waiting for you!!!
