Original pesto recipe with Genoese DOP basil and all its ingredients, warm Genoese focaccia and fresh Prosecco You'll make the original Genoese pesto with basil later, together with Tiziana, who has presented her with the certificate from the Pesto World Championship, held in Genoa every two years. Tiziana is a finalist and will lead you through the ancient tradition of pesto brawling. Everything is done in her historic apartment, located on an ancient Genoese street and dating back to the 1700s.
