I may recommend you ride Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo station; departure is around 7:00am of tour date, then get off at Odawara station after 35minutes later. Munetaka wait for you at Shinkansen Odawara station ticket gate around 7:40am.
Munetaka is waiting for you at Hakone area, like Hakone Yumoto station around 8:00am, you are recommended to stay near Hakone one day before tour date. If you want to come to Hakone from Tokyo on tour date, please let me know it on booking, I show you a detailed recommended route from Shinjuku.
