Our cooking class is not only about teaching how to cook mexican food; it is an inmersion of cultural culinary from Mèxico. Professional chefs teaching how to cook family ancient recipes in a fun, relaxing and intimate atmosphere in a wood Kitchen as our abuelitas use to; using local fresh ingredients, traditional equipment like metates, molcajetes, and mariconas (tortilla machine). We can personalize the dishes to your food restrictions and allergies. We will provide a cook book with the recipes you will be cooking and other traditional recipes for you to do whenever you get back home
