Go for a 1h30 visit in my family estate of 18 hectares, located in the heart of the Touraine appellation. Discover organic farming practices by exploring these parcels of Sauvignon and Gamay, emblematic varieties of the Touraine Designation. I will explain the work of the vine over the year, the care taken to these soils, these vine feet, these grapes and this environment. Then dive into the world of my wine cellar. Understand the steps involved in making a white and red wine, from harvesting to bottling, with little interventionist methods. Finish this experience with a tasting of 4 cuvées (2 white wines and 2 red wines). Grape juice for kids. Visit by reservation, from April to November, Thursday and Friday at 5pm (only during school holidays)
