Then, a guided meditation will connect you to the energy of the plants, opening pathways to insight and renewal. The experience ends with a crafting session, where you'll create a personalized herbal item such as a tea, salve, spray, or oil, using the plants you’ve come to know through your senses. This keepsake serves as a vessel for the wisdom gained, allowing you to carry the plants’ healing energy as you return to your daily life.

We meet at my home/work studio. It is approximately an 8-minutes drive from Santa Fe Plaza. You'll be greeted by a gate manager who will direct you to the studio, where I will welcome you.
