(Reservations: 00351 912562190) . • In case of bad weather and if the Company considers that there are no safety conditions to operate the activity, it's possible to reschedule on the same day pending availability (no refund). • This tour operates in the rain so please check the weather conditions and dress accordantly. • Dietary Requirements & Allergies: This tour is vegetarian-friendly, but please note substitutions are not available for every dish. You must notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your tour date, same-day requests cannot be guaranteed. • Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sign a Statement of Responsibility for children up to 17years old upon arrival. • It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with a prosthesis. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum numbers of 2 people apply for the public tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. • All reservations can be rescheduled/refunded/canceled free of charge up until 24h working hours before the activity. After that, all reservations will be charged in full at 100%.
