• Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon, one must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please ensure you acquire this pass in advance, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the morning timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. • No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance. • If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, please make sure to contact the provider to confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time. • If you are making your own way to the boat, the departure is from Sliema Ferries (66, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema, Malta). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish gulet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel); the name of the boat is 'The Fernandes'. • You will not be disembarking in Gozo; one of the swim stops (weather permitting) is in the open waters near the island of Gozo. • The cost of the optional motorboat trip to Comino Caves and the Crystal Lagoon is €15 per person. The fee is subject to change without prior notice. • The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits and alter the itinerary subject to weather conditions or unforeseen operational constraints.
