• Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon, one must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please ensure you acquire this pass in advance, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the afternoon timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. • No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance. • If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, please note that the time shown on the website or on your ticket is the departure time of the cruise and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time. • If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, to confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please send an e-mail to internal-tours@robertarrigo.com at least a few days before the date of your activity. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail. • If you are making your own way to the boat, the departure is from Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema (in the area opposite the Basilica of Jesus of Nazareth). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish gulet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel); the name of the boat is the 'Hera'.
