So here is everything you need to know about your booking and much more! • We meet outside the iSite which is at 188 Quay Street, Auckland. Please be there 10 mins before we start so we are ready to leave on time • The tour runs rain, hail or shine and will only be cancelled in the event of a weather warning. In the event of inclement weather we may postpone the tour for a couple of hours if necessary. Please check the weather conditions on the day and wear appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. There are a few gentle gradients which are not arduous but unsuitable for very high heels - we've tried! • We need to know if you have any allergies or medical conditions as soon as possible. Please let your guide know when you meet them. • If you arrive late please call 0800 366386.
