Then, you follow the trail to Langtang village and settle at Kyanjin Gompa. The Langtang Valley Trek can be done by anyone from any age group. So, prior trekking experience is not needed but you need to be in a fit condition. You can make a detour to Gosainkunda Lake or Helambu Valley if you have the interest to explore more of this region.
