• You must check in at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to the activity Start Time. • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. • Due to comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300lbs. will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate\ • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft. • Effective January 1, 2026, the National Park Service will introduce new Grand Canyon National Park entrance fees for non-U.S. residents participating in commercial ground tours, impacting all of our combination tours that include a Hummer Tour. International guests may either purchase a $250 Non-Resident America the Beautiful Pass (valid for the pass holder plus up to three additional adults) or pay a $100 per-adult non-resident entrance fee, both of which are required by and remitted directly to the National Park Service. Children ages 15 and under continue to receive free entry when accompanied by an adult. Air-only tours departing from Grand Canyon Airport or Las Vegas are not subject to the park entrance fee. All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
