About This Tour
Langhe is a kingdom of good wine and fabulous food. You can visit this area for its smooth and romantic hills, or for Barolo and local delicacies,... or both of them, of course! The experience takes place in the home of a local professional Wine Taster from ONAV (the Italian Association of Wine Tasters). Together with your host you will: - Learn the basic techniques of wine tasting in order to detect and enjoy its different notes and aromas - Taste 3 different regional wines and discover their characteristics. The tasting session includes: Dolcetto, Roero Arneis, Malvasia (or similar wines). The wine tasting will be paired with savory regional food: a table of cold cuts and cheese or vegetarian appetizers. Of course, if you do not finish the wine during the tasting session, don’t worry... You can take it back home and enjoy it afterwards! As this experience is private, you will have the time to ask all the information you would like to have in a lively and authentic atmosphere.
