If adjustments are required on our part, we kindly ask customers to remain reachable. Travel agencies, please include customer details when booking. • Participant Declaration: To ensure a smooth experience, all participants, including infants, must be declared in advance. We cannot accept last-minute additions. Undeclared participants on the day of the tour will be denied entry without a refund. • Accessibility Notice: Please note that our car trunks do not have enough space to accommodate wheelchairs, even foldable ones. • Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable, and last-minute cancellations or changes are not possible. • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
