The route includes some challenging turns.
Most of the trail is near canyon cliffs, but not so close to the edge. We do get off our bikes several times for a short hike to the edge, for those that want to look.
Riding with others makes it easier to improve your mountain biking skills.
There are a few places where some get off and walk their bikes, due to short sections that are steeper and rougher than the rest of the trail.
