About This Tour
Enjoy a private market tour and Italian cooking class with Laura is a true-blue Venetian. She was born and raised in Venice and lives in a beautiful apartment in the city center (only a 20-minute walk from the city center). The neighborhood is very local with not many tourists so you will get to experience a real Italian suburb. Laura loves to travel, watch movies, go to the market and of course, cook! She learned to cook traditional dishes from her mother and she likes to serve local dishes from Veneto. She only uses fresh and organic ingredients from the local farmers. Laura is also an expert in vegetarian food, as she was a vegetarian for 10 years (but not anymore!).

The name on the bell is "I. Nardone". Alternatively, you can also take the Vaporetto (ACTV Bus Boat) available in front of the Venice Santa Lucia Railway station. The name of the Vaporetto stop is Ferrovia, from there take the number 4 and get off at the Santa Marta stop (it’s the second stop). It will take around 10 minutes and the ticket costs 9,50 €.
